We use certified turfgrass varieties that are determined to be the best by NTEP, and our years of growing experience. We grow our sod on irrigated bottomland about 40 miles east of Charlotte, NC. Because our sod is grown in the same climate as it is laid, it will generally out perform sod brought in from distant farms. Our close proximity to Charlotte also allows for most of our sod to be laid just a few hours after being harvested. This means a fresher, acclimated product.
